SHIPPING COSTS
WHEN WILL DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Delivery will be via insured DHL parcel with tracking from Monday to Saturday during normal business hours. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS GERMANY
For insured shipping within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.90 (including 19% VAT), regardless of the number of products or the value of the goods. For items shipped as bulky goods, we charge a surcharge depending on the size and weight of the item. In this case, we will contact you via email. It will be noted on the item itself whether the item is bulky. We do not cover return shipping costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
WHICH OTHER COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
Potpourri ships to EU Zone 1 countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, France, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands). We also ship to other countries upon request. Please email us at info@meinpotpourri.de. We'll be happy to help.

For insured shipping to the aforementioned EU countries, we charge a flat rate of EUR 16.90, regardless of the value of the goods. For goods shipped as bulky goods, we charge a surcharge depending on the size and weight of the goods. In this case, we will contact you via email. It will be noted on the item whether it is a bulky item. We do not cover return shipping costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. It's best to register for this before signing up for MeinEinkauf.ch.
For your purchases with your MeinEinkauf.ch delivery address, the favorable shipping costs for Germany apply.
If Potpourri is prevented from fulfilling a delivery obligation due to the occurrence of unforeseen events affecting Potpourri or its suppliers, and Potpourri could not avert these even with reasonable care under the circumstances, such as war, natural disasters, and force majeure, the delivery period shall be extended accordingly. Potpourri will also inform you immediately of these events. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If we have accepted your order, we will arrange for delivery of the goods after receipt of full payment via PayPal or bank transfer. Shipping will be carried out as an insured parcel with DHL and will be confirmed to you via email.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are final prices and quoted in euros. Payment is made in advance or via PayPal. Transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as the reference. Your order will not be shipped until the payment has been received in our account.
